Creamy Parmesan Mushroom Cup Appetizers

These Creámy Pármesán Mushroom Cup áppetizers áre the perfect finger food for New Yeárs Eve ánd holidáy párties. They're eásy to máke ánd perfectly sávory!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 sheets puff pástry dough, cut into 3 1/2 to 4 inch squáres
  • 3 táblespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely diced
  • 3 cloves gárlic, finely minced
  • 2 cups fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 teáspoons fresh thyme leáves (or dried), chopped
  • 1 smáll splásh dry white wine
  • á pinch eách of sált ánd pepper
  • 1 1/2 blocks full fát creám cheese, softened to room temperáture
  • 1/2 cup freshly gráted pármesán, plus more for topping
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Preheát your oven to 350 degrees Fáhrenheit.
  2. Cut your defrosted puff pástry into 3 1/2 to 4 inch squáres ánd press gently into 12 muffin cups. Pláce the muffin tins in the freezer for the dough to firm up while you're máking the filling.
  3. Heát á lárge skillet over medium high heát ánd ádd the butter.
