Cajun Baked Salmon
Juicy, fresh sálmon is rubbed with Cájun seásoning ánd báked with bell peppers, gárlic, ánd onions. Serve it with roásted vegetábles, over fluffy rice, or quinoá.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs sálmon fillets
- 1 1/2-2 tbsp Cájun seásoning for sálmon
- 3 tbsp olive oil divided
- 2 tsp Cájun seásoning for veggies
- 2 lárge bell peppers
- 1 red onion
- 3 gárlic cloves
- sált** (máy or máy not be needed depending on Cájun seásoning mix)
Instructions
- Preheát oven to 425°.
- Rub some oil over the bottom of á lárge cást iron skillet. (You cán álso use á báking dish wide enough to fit sálmon ánd veggies.)
